📜 Terms & Conditions – Jojo’s Enchanted Nails
Welcome to Jojo’s Enchanted Nails! By placing an order or booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both you as the client and me as the artist.
1. Handmade Products
All nails are handmade and hand-painted, meaning each set is unique. Slight differences, small imperfections, or variations in color/design are normal and not considered defects.
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting.
2. Sizing & Fit
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure their nails accurately before placing an order.
Sizing guides are provided on product listings and on Instagram.
Jojo’s Enchanted Nails is not responsible for incorrect sizing. No refunds or replacements will be issued for sizing errors.
3. Processing & Shipping
RTS (Ready to Ship): 1–3 business days
Custom Orders: 1–2 weeks depending on design
Once shipped, Jojo’s Enchanted Nails is not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive it, you must contact me within 3 days.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged, contact me within 3 days with photos. A resolution will be determined after review.
5. Care & Responsibility
With proper prep and care, press-ons may last 2+ weeks and can be reused. Results vary.
Jojo’s Enchanted Nails is not responsible for damage, allergic reactions, or improper application/removal.
All products are for external cosmetic use only.
6. Payments & Cancellations (Orders)
Payment is required in full at checkout.
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
7. Appointment Booking
Appointments are booked online through my booking system.
Please arrive on time to your appointment
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may require a fee to rebook
If you need to reschedule, please do so in advance
You do not need to come with bare nails unless discussed.
8. In-Person Services
Results vary based on natural nail condition and lifestyle.
Jojo’s Enchanted Nails is not responsible for lifting, breakage, or wear due to improper aftercare.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, and content are the property of Jojo’s Enchanted Nails. Reproduction or resale without permission is prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Jojo’s Enchanted Nails is not responsible for any indirect or incidental damages related to product or service use.
Clients assume responsibility for proper care and maintenance.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
