1. How do I know my nail sizes?
You can find a photo guide in my product photos or check my “Press Ons” highlight on Instagram @jojosenchantednails. You can also order a sizing kit for the most accurate fit.
2. How long do press-ons last?
With proper prep and care, they can last up to 2+ weeks. If removed gently, many sets can even be reused.
3. What’s included with my order?
Every set comes with a mini file, nail glue, wooden cuticle stick, alcohol prep pad, and a case — everything you need for easy application.
4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each set is handmade and customized, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please be sure to measure carefully before ordering.
5. How long does shipping take?
- Ready to Ship (RTS): 1–3 business days
- Custom Orders: 1–2 weeks depending on design detail
6. What if my order arrives damaged or says delivered but I didn’t get it?
Please contact me within 3 days of delivery. I’ll review the situation with you and help figure out next steps.
7. Can I request a custom design?
Yes! ✨ I love bringing your ideas to life. Use my contact page or message me on Instagram to talk about your dream set.
8. What glue should I use?
Each order comes with glue included. For longer wear, apply using the full prep kit and follow my application guide (see Instagram highlights).
9. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship within the U.S.
10. Are your nails reusable?
Yes! If removed gently and stored properly in their case, most sets can be reused.
